Have to say that I know absolutely nothing about Gil Gershmann. I'd
just like to share how I sorted my mail problems. Chilean mail is
dodgy even at the best of times. I just got people to send me things
to my work address. Probably helps that I work in a university
(you're average postal worker probably reckons that things going to a
university are either dangerous or of no use to them). I'm still
waiting (not really, I long ago gave up all hope) for a parcel from
about three months ago. I get the impression that the people who
deliver the mail are more likely to snaffle mail going to houses than
businesses.
Obviously, this is only of any use to people who have a work address
they can use.
