that's merely a problem of interface design. i could build a box that looked exactly like a 303 but simply used the physical knobs to twiddle the rebirth knobs on screen. (well, i couldn't PERSONALLY build it, but it could be done.) personally i find watching someone twiddling the knobs on the 303 to be about as boring as a guitar solo. it's like... gee, the filter is opening... and wait, no, it's opening more, and... oh god, it's going into self-oscillation!! wow!!! i'd rather stay home and watch TV. -- Jon Drukman jsd@gamespot.com SpotMedia Communications ...I was an infinitely hot and dense dot...
