generally i leave the reviews to other people on this list but so far
nobody's mentioned this one. the artist is lsr and they have a 12" ep on
the vinyl communications label which until now has been known for anything
from hardcore to flat out noise. anyhow the title is 'excommunicate the
cult of the live band' and feat. 5 tracks but only 2 when played at 45.
this material i think smokes out what i've heard from dnb innovators like
squarepusher and luke vibert. here you have live playing, manic dnb in
that twisted jenkinson style with sampling from old 78's.
highly rec'd, i think it's a ltd edition as most vinyl comm. vinyl is.
