This is exactly what I said to girlfriend when watching it. It was very
strange to hear my tv speakers spitting out IDM.

I was in a coffeeshop reading mags when I came across a quote that might
be of interest to some...
It was describing a new Music television channel hosted by MTV known as
M2. It is apparently all music (ironically enough) ie no commercials,
no VJs, etc. just the vids. Also, it apparently was launched as of
Aug.1st and about 1million people in America have the availablility to
view this channel from cable... its also available via computer, but
they didn't go on to tell how.
The quote, though, is what I found most intersting. MTV's owner, I
forget her name offhand, said just this, " MTV is junk pop culture that
tells people who to be, what to like, and basically defines who they
are. It is for people who need to be told. Then there are the people
who know is cool and just want you to provide it. M2 is for those
people."
Junk pop culture, at least she knows what she's selling...
Sad but True
On now: Gescom-Sounds of machines our parents used.
