When I first started buying CDs street price for a typical disc was between $15 and $20. Ten years later I can go to Best Buy or Media Play and get virtually any domestic CD for $12 (and often much less for backlist titles). Figure in what inflation has done to prices on other things over those ten years and "real" CD prices have in fact gone down quite a bit. I'll also point out that if CDs hadn't entered the market, we'd probably be paying around $12-$13 for LPs by now. -- ::: Lazlo (lazlo@swcp.com; http://www.swcp.com/lazlo) ::: Selling Fax/techno/synthpop CDs - email with subject GET AUCTION for list
