As much as I appreciate many of the records Tresor have released, they
have a rep around here (from artists who have worked with them) as
being a pain in the ass to deal with, from a musician's point of
view: they're as obnoxious as the majors when it comes to contractual
matters -- one artist was told that he couldn't even do a DJ mix tape
for a music magazine because he was signed to Tresor.
