PC, I like Analog-X's say-it. http://www.analogx.com ... it's free Actually, strangely enough, the best text to speech converter i've found was a little joke i got in my email from a coworker (corporate humor, you know?). It looked kinda like a speak and spell. I'll see if I can dig it up and email it if you'd like. It's PC only though.
