once upon a time awhile ago, there was a club in london called megatripolis.
the best moment (4 me) was seeing timothy leary come dancin thru the
internet on a full blown screen answering questions from the audience
(when 28K modems were the standard)..the clubs about to start again
this thursday night @ heaven
and combines ambient, chill, idm, conversation and community and
spectacular visuals all in one space.
mixmaster morris opens the ceremonies doing a two hour set called the
'history of humankind'.....
where's everyone else going this weekend?
(i'm off to see some old electro ESG and Laurie Anderson's "Songs
and Stories From Moby Dick'. I'd never miss one of her performances
for their ingenuity and cleverness....w:)
