Could it be "It Doesn't Matter," from Chemical Brothers' newest album,
_Dig_Your_Own_Hole_? Sounds like it could potentially match what you're
describing. I'll bet one of them is the album version and the other a
remix (hard to tell exactly which is which from the descriptions).
