I've ordered from them at least a dozen times, and never had them
charge for something they hadn't shipped. Most of the problems
I've seen reported here are the usual delays that most web merchants
seem to have from time to time.
Of all the times I've ordered from them, I only had one long delay
(about a month), though they've occasionally not been able to ship
what I wanted because they ran out (they sometimes are a week or two
behind in updating their website when something goes out-of-stock).
So, relax, and be patient for a little while.
