I went by myself. I have poor freinds. Anyway I spent some time wandering around by myself - ok pity me. The second room didn't hold my attention that long. Some good music going on initially. A guy I know from college Brian Walters spun for a while. He played some nice stuff. Came back again... Heavens to Mergatroid - a stripper?! Later some dude with a keyboard was playing what sounded like 70's lounge music... Exit stage right! Dunno - the environment just didn't do it for me. I felt like I as in someone's basement. The peopel back there were more content to watch other peopel dance than do any themselves. Funny how much breakdancing I have seen come back over the past year or two. I remeber seeing that shit when it was out the first time :). I was in Jr. High at that point. It was gone by the time HS started. In any case there were a few kids back there going NUTZ. They were more graceful than what I remeber seeing. Very cool. HEY! Why don't they spin on theri headz anymore? Unfortunatly I had to leave early. My back (for reasons unknown) was KILLING me, I had to leave around 3:00 :(. OK so I'm old. Ahhhh well, thatz life. I had a great time and heard some really great music. So I'm old. Shoot me. I'll be 26 on the 12th, at which time I will get a cane and a golden thermos filled with prune juice. ACK! Eric
