My connection had also heard Kim's DAT and says that "some of the tracks were pretty bad, though, but the tracks that the guys chose for the EP were good"... BTW ... speaking of things that the Plug guys (and I) love a lot, we had Stacey Pullen, Derrick May, Kenny Larkin (playing a live stand-up-at-the-keys quasi-improv with a K2000, a Kauai rhythm box of some sort, a Yamama mixer and an Emulator IV) and Juan Atkins in the cavernous Shrine Auditorium here in L.A. last Saturday. Totally utterly fucking godlike. (I'm getting too old to dance for 5 hours in a row. My knees hurt like hell.) - Greg
