i find myself spinning the J's at 45 minus 8 most of the time. . .
with the exception of the J5 (kingside inner) which goes down 33 plus 8
some of rich's work sounds *right* at alternate speeds and pitches. . .
for instance ON goes down on 33 and 73-yips goes best on 45. . .
(even though the vynal is listed to only play at one speed)
i have 73 yips on a promo tape from the tour and as well heard ON
in boston and new york and these pitch/speeds seem to replicate the
tape and performance most closely (thus sound *right*)
