So I just got this yesterday. I'd already had the Ulysses 12", and had heard the Sutekh remix of Memoria via the Delivery Room compilation, but wow, this is a stunning release. The rest of the remixes are great, as are the new tracks. Can't wait til this guy has a new album out. Someone mentioned Leaf over the course of that Warp thread, and man, all I can say is that Leaf is one of the most consistently excellent labels out there. Talk about a label that isn't afraid to experiment or pick up something different. Can't wait to get into that Hawk & A Hacksaw LP, too. The tracks on Delivery Room are pretty tasty. ACK ACK ACK. He's my only highlight in the idm scene for the last couple of years now. I was quite happy to get a "cd clean" version (my ulysses 12" has quite a few scratches) of ulysses and especially urano, which I totally love. Una is nice, Ultimatum is very very lovely but does unfortunately not develop. Hope he doesn't get stuck in using some glitch plus some classical instruments. Urano was a big step in being different AND good. I didnt try any other leaf stuff. BTW, fucking deep bass in []pusher tundra 4. I got the Delivery Room a couple of days ago, and it is really very good, not to mention incredible value for money at 3UKP - although there is a danger that the cheapness will be wiped out when it encourages me to buy about half a dozen albums that I can't really afford from the people featured. But a big recommendation for the comp. Excellent stuff. David
