Dither (Marc Titolo) has put out some really good IDM records from 98-04
under labels such as Noise Museum and M-Tronic. Now, it seems he has
ended the musical hiatus that started with 2004's "Amek", and has
self-published a new album 2 weeks ago labeled "Souma"... I'd say he's
still got it!
