I remember when I first heard Squarepusher and Aphex
Twin I wanted to make music exactly like them. That
was back in the day when I was young, immature and
impressionable. Nowadays I just want to make music
exactly like Si Begg.
But seriously, studying other people's production
technique too closely is a bit silly, you might end up
sounding like a cheap copy. Nevertheless here's some
info on Squarepusher's live setup that was posted to
another list I'm on. It's pretty interesting:
