Track #11 [6:13], which is supposed to be Clair Sinclive, doesn't sound nything like anything else from the Datathief/Brioche Kretzaal back catalogue in my opinion. If I were to make a guess, I would pick track #6 [3:36]. Datathief are Brian Flanagan and Mike Hopkins. I got it mixed up with something else. The "Kaya (hexadecimator mix)" track was available somewhere somehow before the _Bandwidth_ ep came out. I've had it for quite a while now but don't remember where it came from.
