Hi there,
In my opinion :
1. looking at this «best of» compilation helped me understand for the first
time why i'm feeling so old lately, since i'm unable to find any «up to
date» music that brings me the same feelings — i used to think it was
because i was completely «out» (i'm 42) and because i have no spare time to
go for discoveries but in fact, the most recent release from this list is
from 2003 so it's not just me !
2. i don't understand how Richard Devine and Kettel are not in the top 10 —
in my opinion, Kettel is much underrated and Devine's «Lipswitch» beats
almost anything else (although it seems logical to me as well that Autechre
is #1) ; oh, and as some people noticed, there should have been some place
for Mark Bell
3. i'm surprised not to have seen Ultramarine, Alter Ego and even Morgan
Geist :
