OK... I tried to resist... but here comes some sure-to-be flame bait. basically, neither the indie rock scene, nor the raver/IDM scene will survive on their own. Both suck for various reasons including pacifers, drug abuse, repetitive no-talent boring music and shows, baggie pants arrogance, artsyness, mod-squad, cliquey crap fashion police etc.... We need to combine forces to create a new art form.... I am coming from the indie experimental rock side. You are coming from the raver side. We need your techno power, trance-induction psychic techniques of synthesis. You need our musical skills, integrity, cred, emotions and performance. Together we can take over the music world!!!! kind of like voltron end rant... peace....

what kind of black hole are you living in????? Since when do IDm listeners wear baggy pants and sport the raver logo on thier foreheads??? Pacifiers are commonly found in the RAVE scen nothing to do with the IDM or mircosound worlds... drug abouse is all over the place just visit any large city.... nothing is truly repetative but rahter all loops change sublty and its the ablity to have large listening ears is what your problem is.... again baggy pant = ravers not some one whos interested in IDM arrogance is found in all part of western culture (in fact one might call you arrogant)... artsyness what is wrong with this I find creativty to be some thing that drives the world as we know it shall we all be couch potatoes??? I dont know much about clique fashion police but this again is aproblem with our culture in the wester world as a whole I wouldnt say its a problem with youth subculture per say more a problem of over marketing products towards a particular group of people...
