Be just and fear not. Informed sources (ie. Seth/Sutekh) inform me that the Static show with Jake Mandell, Unit, Stewart S. Walker will definitely be happening at 330 Ritch Street. The rumor mill also has it that Monolake will play a one-off Static party in the near future at an as yet undisclosed location. Just saw a great show at Mills College- Kenneth Atchley, Brian Reinbolt and Jim O'Rourke busting out MAX/MSP laptop madness. Long, freakish, and loose, with plenty of muggy ring modulated organ tones, shrivelling crispy EQ flakes, and odd panning. And those Baby Spice pictures . . . Now that we know the "where and when" details of the Jake Mandell show (tonight, 10pm, 330 Ritch St., SF), does anyone have plans to go to this tonight? Additionally, does anyone know if there's going to be a webcast or web-archiving of the show (usually on Technostate)?
