spike jonze is responsible for a great many music videos, some of them fall near the idm boundary. figure skating and gymnastics occasionally use music that falls near the idm boundary. (yeh, i remember local big butt hero tonya harding using "blue monday"...) however, spike should earn his biggest props for using skate_boarding_ legend mark gonzales in his nissan ad (where gonz, sleeping in his la-z-boy, is pushed to the nissan dealership through the traffic of san fran by his trusty dog). other skate/spike collaborations include the epic "mouse" video featuring the girl/chocolate team. as an avid stuntwood pilot, i gotta ask, why does skateboarding seem to only use hip hop and watered down "punk" music in it's video soundtracks? i love the beats, but the endless pennywise/nofx stuff grates on my nerves. where's the slickass technoskaters? sorry, no v/vm or skam references... on now: primal scream "come together" (hypnotonebrainmachine remix) (creation) cameron ===================================== cameron bowden cameron@imagina.com blacksmith on the anvil in your ear _____________________________________

My brother just told me yesterday that a track he and his friend made is going to be in the next 411 skate vid. I think it's like a hip hop thing but they get a bit freaky. My brother Dj'd at my birthday party last year, any of the idm LA krew remember that? Love, Fresh.gnz.
