B1214 was actually a joint release with the highly respected UK label A.R.T. The project was conceived at the end of 1994 as a single twelve inch that would contain four tracks. It grew into a pair of releases that contained 8 new unreleased tracks, 4 from each label. There were two four track twelve inch singles released, each with a B12 side and an A.R.T. side, each SIDE had a different catalogue number. The first twelve was numbered B1214.1 and ART7.1 the second was B1214.2 and ART7.2. The release date was the 28th July 1995, the artists featured were Elegy, Esoteric and Blue Binary for A.R.T. and Redcell, Cmetric and Musicology for B12 Records. There was no limited edition vinyl for this release. Twelve x .1 ART 7.1 side Esoterik ~ Kwaidan Blue Binary ~ Solaris B12 14.1 side Redcell ~ Infinite Lites Redcell ~ The City [inhabited by Cmetric] Twelve x .2 ART 7.2 side Elegy ~ \p Switch Esoterik ~ Thru B12 14.2 side Redcell ~ Climatic Calm Redcell ~ Practopia deepart__

Hmmm. Didn't know that, but I was in an awareness that she is Ed Handley's girlfriend. And that they were both at the first London Blech. Is that trivial enough? adam

Hi there, ho there. Santa Claus here... It's payback time for all those years of presents, you IDM filth! Yes, I want information and I want it now! Yeah, it's Christmas Quiz time regarding a few records I picked up in a gigantic pre-Christmas sale on my way to ram-raiding Toys R Us for some pressies for all the nice kids out there (but not you naughty ones). 1. I have a test pressing of a record on Clear which has the cat no CLR 428. I believe it to be one of those 3 (or was it 4) Reflection 12"s. Doesn't anyone have a tracklisting for it, or could point me to the clear site (yeah, I know the URL has been posted a few times, but I'll be damned if I can find it looking through my old mail!). I did find *a* Clear site but all it seemed to have on it was ways to e-mail them... 2. I picked up a split B12/ART 12" with two tracks from Redcell (Climatic Calm and Practopia) and one each from Elegy (\p Switch) and Esoterik (Thru). I know Esoterik is a Kirk Degorgio alias, but is Elegy also, or is it someone else? Great track all the same and IMO the best thing on here (although the rest are great too)... 3. Also got Gerd's 'Vulcan Princess' which is great. No info though, so I'm just wondering what the B-side is called... 4. Ditto for Leila's 'Don't Fall Asleep' 12" on Rephlex. What the B-Side titles? I promise bulging stockings to all who can help me out. Sorry for the bandwidth, and A Merry Christmas To You All! ;-) "Sonic" Santa. np: Sir Cliff Richard - Mistletoe and Wine (Vvm vs The Elves remix) PS Although I'm looking forward to mince pies and milk from all your houses this year, please have a little originality. Man cannot live on such simple foodstuffs alone. Even one so superhuman as myself... PPS Remember that time you wanted the new Aphex Twin album for Chrimble and all you got was a Benchmaster 2000? That was me! Ho, ho, ho, what a jape. Down Rudolf, you stupid reindeer! Any more antics like that and there'll be more than one reason for that red nose...

Clear #428 is actually by Metamatics. Clear (London, UK) Here are the four tracks on that 12" Piecing It Together, Pure Funk (Octave), Two The Point, and Metamatic.

Arab and Santucci are not song titles, these are the 2nd names: Leila Arab & Luca Santucci. They both sing on the first track called Don't Fall Asleep. Don't Fall Asleep Regular Return How Do You Want It ? {untitled} I'm currious what do you need track names for ? bye rob

Strange question.....how do we say "I like the track that goes boom- hiss-weeee-schmoo" and somehow understand which track is being referred to? If you use the track name, i feel it's a little bit easier to refer to a particular track. -- Ben Coffer Hybrid Productions http://www.hybridgame.demon.co.uk/
