hello
--------were breakin' it down in '87 '88 at Fantasy (Lil Louis' club on
south Michigan) and the original Warehouse with FK when you were still
listening to Depeche Mode.-------
you say that like it's embarrasing to have cared about depeche mode. i've
been into electronic music since day one; respect to depeche mode,
-------and drift some ambient-y GC synth
patches over the top. --------
this has always been what's set these guys apart from the likes of afx, etc
when people claim "a collection of short stories" to be a classic.
ambient-y GC synth patches = syruppy m1 presets. and that sparkly
production?... yuk

It takes place on September 13 (which means I cant go cuz my womyn is
making me go to David Bowie *pout*)-------
hey tim omen, take another look at that line-up.
there's no need to pout.
it's a mediocre vs. mediocre situation really.
speaking of mediocre, tonight i went to a boring industrial sort of club
that i used to go to about 5 years ago... one of my motivations for going
was to try to get them to play some tracks that i thought should
(considering their claim of being into heavy, gloomy electronic music) blow
their mind:
i got them to play-----
jega: norton midgate
autechre: softballetforms remix
was there any evidence of blown minds?
of course not
