Wow! A question I can answer! (posting to IDM just in case anyone happens through Atlanta as well...) I regularly shop at the following: (these stores are located in "Little Five Points", on Monroe Drive). Wax n Facts: Lots of vinyl, old and new stuff, every once in a while you can find some rarities here. Some CDs as well. Criminal Records: All CD shop, with a good selection of comps off to the side in the glass cases near the used stuff. Satellite Records: actually inside of a store called Wish, in the basement. It's related to the store in NYC I believe... Mostly vinyl, and they encourage you to stay away from CDs by pricing accordingly. Lots of local DJs hang out here, especially on Fri evenings and Sat afternoons. and of course, HMV at Lenox mall, and Tower Records across the street. Usually well overpriced stock.
