I bought the promo a week ago...can you guess my opinion? *WRONG* ;) I'm afraid the mike p/clear connection has come up short yet again. without going into detail, this 2x12" tries to make good in the wake of the lackluster Bantha and fails....bad. I cant quite put my finger on what's going wrong here, but my instincts tell me that he's changed the way he works. Where as before each song seemed to be an explosion of creativity, these tracks all play out like u-ziq by numbers. I guess we were REALLY spoiled by <Tango N Bluff>. no half step, Teep in my head nonstop since i brought it home: octagon man (anyone else notice he clipped a bit of riches motor bass?)

Heh :-) Just in the interest of opposing points of view, I really liked "Bantha Trax" and thought that "Bluff Limbo" sounded like mu-Ziq by numbers ... (or else "Tango++") But thanks for the tip (and to Matt too), if it's at all different like "Bantha Trax" was I'll be looking forward to it :-) onNow: My air conditioner - Greg P.S. I'm waiting for the obligatory Robert Smith/Dave Walker "a-HEM!!" posting in response to Mike B's last one about SF ruling :-) :-) :-)
