Yep! I can't believe they're going to cancel EVERYTHING...based on ONE
thing. It could have been due to bad promotion or some fault of
theirs that made it not sell... this is where the debate comes in about
whether it's the demand of the consumers or the money/promotion/etc put
behind stuff from the labels. I'd say this is an example of a major label
setting an unjustified 'standard' by saying "techno/trance/ambient is dead."
This is how the desire for profit kills creativity (i.e., the distribution
of creativity)...
Once the world is online, we can truly say "F#CK the majors.."
BTW, Mixmaster Morris in NME (or MM?) mentioning distribution of music
over computers.. yes!
