No, I don't think the list should limit itself too strictly to just
intelligent techno. But since that is the primary purpose of this
list, and it appears that many of the people on this list are not
interested in discussing, say, trance, we should respect that.
I don't see anything wrong with having a general dance music list, but
that isn't this list (unless fluid says so).
