As I understand it, Frankfurt Tokyo Connection is the name used for Susumu Yakoto's releases on Harthouse records. I guess they were worried that most Westerners find Japanese names unmomorable.... I also have a 12" which Susumu Yakoto released under his own name on the Berlin label Space Teddy. Complelely unconnected, but on the discussion of Spicelab, and other Oliver Lieb releases, I just discovered that Airborn, by Mirage (on Eye-Q), one of my favourite records of '93 -- is also by Lieb.
