Sounds like a repressing.... the original pressing just had completely
plain red labels on both sides.
It's on Rephlex Records, and the cat no is TR-606.
It's called "Universal Indicator - Red (Acid)"
It's part of a two EP set, the other one is
Rephlex TB-303: "Universal Indicator - Blue (Alkaline)"
Red is by Richard James (Aphex Twin) and Blue is by Mike Dred (Kosmik
Kommando).
