quoted 1 line 11. ambient music has something to do with morphogenic resonance> 11. ambient music has something to do with morphogenic resonance
Well, I personally grabbed the term "Morphic Resonance" way back in 1984 and began using it for all my electronic music, and free improvisation, and the Morphic Resonance Trio, later the Morphic Resonance Ensemble, played lots of extremely non-ambient, non-danceable, extremely jarring noisy stuff over the past ten years! I got my term "Morphic Resonance" in 1983 from Rupert Sheldrake's book "The Hypothesis of Formative Causation" and I dunno if this list-maker got their "morphogenic resonance" from the same idea but if they did, I was there first!
