I'm suprised that someone sat on the cartridge question so quickly. How
narrow is the focus of this group? In a list that deals with music that
is played mostly on vinyl format using 1200 turntables I didn't think that
the topic of cartridges was that far off-center. I had actually hoped
that a discussion of preferred cartridges for types of sound might spark
from this; it should make a difference in the quality of sound (ie better
bass response, etc), which might be of interest to some in the list.
Beside the question of how to ask advice of like-minded people.
