MP3 Trimmer is shareware, and will do what you want by shaving off one track at a time. It may be Mac OSX only though, am not sure if on Win platforms. iTunes will allow you to set the length of playback of a track in it's Info field and then allow you to export only the part of the track between the playback start and finish points to whatever format you please. bp ~ |---------+----------------------------> | | David Seruyange | | | <g3scom@gmail.com| | | > | | | | | | 10/07/2006 16:43 | |---------+----------------------------> >--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | | | To: Intolerable Daily Madness <idm@hyperreal.org> | | cc: | | Subject: [Possible Spam] [idm] OT: MP3 File Editors | >--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| Does anyone know of a free utility to split mp3s into different tracks? I used to use Mp3 Surgeon but the machine it was on died. Now with all these tasty mixes I just need to do simple things, like splitting a big mix into tracks for CD. Thanks much, David
