I have tried many if not most of the available windows RSS readers and to be honest, I found that Bloglines is the best. http://www.bloglines.com Best of all, it is web based so you can read it from wherever you might be... no need to run additional programs, just open it up in Firefox (or IE, eeew) and all of the latest posts are there waiting for you.
