definitely make the city (and country if city doesn't make it obvious)
clear to someone skimming the subject line. there is nothing more
annoying that having to dig to somewhere in the middle near the bottom
of some wack-formatted announcement to find out where the hell its
located. wait, yes there is: having to do it 10 times a day.
you might also want to include some salacious charge somewhere near the
top of the email like "BoC are gay" or "I met Sean and Rob and its
pronounced 'Oh-tach-erey'" to get some attention.
