Yes yes, Im going to chime in here and offer my hearty
approval for PBE. The response times are unreal. The
process is very straight forward, the items ship same
day or next after payment is received, every email
includes a list of what you have on order. Since
switching (back) to PBE I've been extremely pleased.
Regarding not having a website? I ordered a CD from a
well-known competitor (who will remain nameless) on 3
seperate occasions, followed up with 2 emails and
still havent received my order or an explanation.
What's the point of having a website if you're going
to list products you don't have in stock?
