MONSTER PLANET is a place that was discovered accidentally in April of
2010. Extensive research into this vast world is conducted by SYNPROV CORP,
a collective of musicians, sound designers, visual artists, pixel bandits,
and B-movie chuds, based in Seattle.
An exploration of Monster Planet is an immersive blend of ambient,
experimental electronica, obscure cinema, DIY visuals, and general WTFness.
Some notable cadets that have participated in past missions are: Mr.
Projectile, Richard Devine, Clinker, Diagram of Suburban Chaos, Panabrite,
Longwalkshortdock, Gel-Sol (also one of the founders), Randy Jones,
Codebase, Logic Probe, William S. Braintree, Face Culler, Pezzner, Hanssen,
Mark Hosler & David Wills of Negativland, Blevin Blechdom, and many more
lesser known artists from the Cascadia bioregion of North America.
