They're referring to LP5. Which is, imho, still their best album. Kind
of a perfect blend of their melodic style that harkened to the twisted
digital tweaking to come.
With Ae releases they seem to have a 2 album pattern (with LP5 kinda
being the exception):
Incunabula - debut of melodic sound
Amber - focused improvement upon that initial sound
Tri-Repetae - total changeup, focus on rhythm and beat noises.
Chiastic Slide - refining of the previous album, more distorted.
LP5 fuses rhythmic beats with newfound glitchiness
Confield - total glitchy wankery. near elimination of melody.
Draft 7:30 - refined the sounds of Confield to be more programmed (less
random). Return to some semblance of rhythm
next album? ??????
yeah, I'm sensing a total change in direction.
