if such is the case then the name Manitoba
is deriviate of the name of Handsome's other project.
Still it's not like Ezra is suing better than ezra
or Alex Chilton suing any of the numerous bands
using his song names as their band names or
the talking heads suing radiohead or the estate
or Marilyn Monroe or Charles Manson suing
Marilyn Manson or the pharmaceutical company
Merck suing Merck Records etc. Remember that
Spike Lee lost in his suit against Spike.TV
