In terms of what does it for me... hmmm... I've been buying comparatively few records recently for reasons of poverty so my finger has left the pulse rather. I keep hearing excellent records that turn out to be on Leaf. Rhythm and Sound probably aren't that current any more, but seem to be consistently excellent. Judging by their respective compilations, there's some really good stuff on both Adaadat and Audiobulb. Oh, and I never said I didn't like the recent stuff on Warp... the Home Video thing sounds pretty cool. ;-)

Calm down, calm down. Idml is a great institution, has been responsible for me finding ridiculous amounts of great music reading very interesting commentary on it and so on and so on. But that didn't seem relevant to an 'all Warp's new stuff that doesn't sound like their old stuff suxx0r' conversation, whereas the occasional tendency towards conservatism did. David
