From what I read in the Bleep FAQ, The delay in releasing some older
material has to do with mastering. Mastering a track for vinyl is very
different than the levels needed for digital media. The faq mentioned that,
as these track are remastered, they will be posted. So, this would explain
where the heck the We Are Y We Are 12 inch is missing...
