This week we celebrate 30 years of Tali being alive! She is one of our
favorite people ever, and this week's insane lineup is dedicated to her:
Original Hamster comes to us all the way from Chile, stopping through NYC on
his way up to Montreal for a performance at the Mutek festival. One of the
more interesting acts on Tigerbeat 6, his sound is best described as booty
glitch ... fukt up sound for a fukt up dancefloor (that'd be the Bunker).

although antfactor performs live electronic music with a Groovebox, the
sound he comes up with is so alien and unique, you'd never guess he was
using such basic hardware. he has become a regular performer at Unity Gain
and a much respected improvisor, performing spellbinding sets with
electronic music heavyweights such as Charles Cohen.

Grey Filastine works to disrupt the parameters of popular music and to
explore the chaos and vitality found in the margins. He is studied in
rhythms from Calcutta to Marrakech. He is currently applying this knowledge
to the creation of electronic-based material, traveling frequently with his
laptop system to collaborate and produce music anywhere. Previous work
includes the street bateria Infernal Noise Brigade, and the music group
itchkung! Look for Filastine vinyl to be release on DJ Rupture's Soot
Records in July.

UNSK are improvisors with electronics/trumpet/drums/sax from Germany. We
honestly don't know too much about them.
