I love Prefuse73, i bought all the cds and i've seen him play live 3 times... But I think that Apropa't album sounds like one big boring one-hour song. The singing is so monotone. No tracks really stand out, they all sound the same... really really bad and depressing stuff... Cant wait till the next prefuse release... Oh yeah and about the shows, the first time i saw prefuse with the live band, i think it sucked, the drummer ruined everything and the turntablist sucked.... the first act Manitoba totally stoled the show...People were leaving in the middle of the prefuse set... The second time i saw Scott with his band, i think it worked well. They had a better chemistry than on the first tour. They really rocked ! Beans opened and it was really good too. But no one really cared about Dabrye... ----- Original Message ----- From: <saltimbocca@gmx.de> To: <eggy@eggtastic.com> Cc: <idm@hyperreal.org> Sent: Monday, March 01, 2004 6:04 PM Subject: Re: [idm] How do people like Prefuse73 play live?
