Usually plugging into a different plug or power strip works. Sometimes you'll even need to find out how the circuits run in your place and plug into a different circuit from the mixer. Also, you *should* technically have your music stuff plugged into power regulators/conditioners anyway -- they're usually rackmount and have 4-8 plugs in them. I don't use them, because I don't have a lot of gear, but they do a great job of eliminating hum. derek -- eggytoast.com -- eggtastic.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
