This is exactly why we set up noiseloop.com. People mainly submit gig
postings and release info but we'd welcome more discussion there. It's not a
typical bulletin board format - more kuro5hin/slashdot style but we prefer
it and it's closer to the dynamic of an email list. Right now it has an
editor-moderated submit queue and you don't need to register to submit or
comment. We're thinking of changing this to user moderation (a la kuro5hin)
and we're also looking into a special section for fs/ebay lists. We'd be
happy to hear any suggestions from the list of course.
