Yes, in an idealistic world of course having a p2p
service would not have any effect at all on the
decision to purchase a track. But I think that in
reality it does, so you need to offer some incentive
to people to 'do the right thing'. I'm not arguing
that that is the way it should be, but mearly that
that is the reality of the matter.
