This is true. Except for those places that it is allready private dedicated
and cheap. So I guess you are right it wouldn't work for the whole world,
but that doesn't mean it can't work for part of it.

I'm not sure, I've never lived in or visited these places nor reasearched
these prices.

Still, how do you know what your buying? I guess it's back to the guessing
