And I'd guess you're wrong. Internet *access* alone isn't sufficient for p2p music-sharing to work, it needs to be private, dedicated and cheap. How much time and money is it going to cost to download an album over a shared 56k dialup from a Calcutta cyber cafe, or somewhere similar in Thailand, China, Brazil, etc?
