The word "might" was the qualifier.
As to the notion of the need for personal information, any legal action of
such nature is going to require such if you are a claimant, so that - in
and of itself - certainly doesn't point to a scam (and besides, there ways
to check authenticity of a legal suit if that is a concern). As to the
pittance of the reward values, the amounts would have to be multiplied
exponentially to see it as a punitive measure against labels involved in
price-fixing...so the point becomes one of principle (for those who are
inclined) as opposed to a matter of personal monetary gain.
