i'm not quite sure what you mean, but if you're talking about mp3 shareware
progs, SOULSEEK is a fine one. not based on a server, download directly
from hard drives. sort of like a LAN except not ..

for those of you that choose to dl the prog, it would be very nice if you
share files yourself. a lot of people go on there and just download and
don't share anything .. not cool at all! ..
also, since you get plenty of music there for free .. it's nice if you also
buy some of the artists' releases . check someone out, if you like it, do
them a nice favor and buy their release. electronic musicians are underpaid
enough as it is!!!
