The Pioneer CDJ-100 is a great unit: http://pioneerprodj.com/products/cdj100/cdj100.mv Everyone I know who spins CDs uses Pioneers, and a lot of venues seem to use 'em in their house systems as well. I have a pair of the CDJ-700s, which have the same interface but are top loading instead of front loading. They also have a loop feature which the 100 doesn't, but unless you know you really need it the 700 isn't worth the extra money (~$500). Also, I actually prefer the front loading mechanism, it's quieter and keeps the dust out better. If I were making the buying decision again I'd go with the 100s over my 700s. www.musiciansfriend.com has the CDJ-100 for $299 right now, which is a great price. If you don't want to deal with mail order, you can print out the online price and take it to your local Guitar Center, they will usually match. dan On Thu, 14 Mar 2002, Pedro Cevallos wrote:
